I map your situation against what staff level actually requires: the scope, the visibility, and the signals promotion committees measure. Within 48 hours, you receive a written career map covering your gaps, your leverage, and a prioritized 90-day plan.

The 30-minute call you book is where we pressure-test it together. Your map arrives before the call, so book at least three days out. This is the 1:1 version of my book Altitude.

Is the Career Map a call or a written deliverable?

The written map is the main deliverable. You receive it before the 30-minute strategy call so the call is spent challenging the plan and making decisions, not collecting basic context.

Do you rewrite the entire CV?

The CV audit identifies the signal problems and provides concrete rewrites for the highest-impact sections and bullets. It is an expert audit and correction plan, not anonymous copywriting.

Can the interview session match a specific company?

Yes. Share the role, company, interview stages and anything the recruiter disclosed. I will tailor the difficulty, follow-ups and system-design context while keeping the session defensible and realistic.

What happens after I apply?

I review the role, timing and fit first. If the service is appropriate and capacity is available, I reply with the exact scope, required material, scheduling options and payment link.
