Mike Salari
A note I have written many times after a technical round is some version of: “solid, nothing stood out.” That does not mean the engineer was weak. The hiring team can only score the evidence that made it into the room.
I have conducted 500+ technical interviews from the hiring side, across screening, technical rounds, live coding, system design and debriefs, and I have spent 15 years building mobile software. Everything here works on that gap between strong experience and visible evidence.
When not to buy anything from me
If your interview is next week, a service is too slow; a book is the right purchase. If you cannot tell yet where it breaks, run the free scan before you pay for anything. And nobody honest can promise you interviews or an offer, so I do not.
