Use this after ordinary correctness review. The purpose is to test the assumptions the first pass was structurally unlikely to challenge.

Lifecycle and interruption

  • What may outlive the screen, request, account or process?
  • What happens when work is cancelled after the side effect begins?
  • Can a late response overwrite newer state?

Retry and duplication

  • Is the operation safe to repeat?
  • Can two owners start the same work?
  • What evidence distinguishes retry from a second user action?

Release and observability

  • Does release configuration change the behavior reviewed locally?
  • Can the team see failure without logging sensitive data?
  • Who owns rollback and how is the safe version selected?
