You are fixing the wrong thing.

You get rejected.

So you rewrite the CV.

Another rejection.

You change LinkedIn.

Still nothing.

You study harder. Rewrite the project stories. Apply lower. Buy another question bank.

Then somebody finally says yes.

And you have absolutely no idea what fixed it.

That is the part of job searching nobody talks about.

A rejection tells you what happened.

It does not tell you what broke.

A CV problem can look like a market problem.

A positioning problem can look like a lack-of-experience problem.

A communication problem can look like a technical problem.

A Staff-level engineer can look Senior because the scope never became visible.

And sometimes the failure happens before anyone has evaluated your engineering at all.

So every time you respond to rejection by changing everything, you destroy the only thing that could have taught you something:

the signal.

Fix where the process dies.
